By accessing or using Korture AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Korture Technologies LLP ("Korture," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

2. Description of Service

Korture AI provides a work-life measurement platform that includes:

- Interest Profiler assessment based on RIASEC methodology
- Weekly check-ins to track work activities
- Work Shape, Energy Reserve, and Team Climate scores
- AI-powered coaching and recommendations
- Daily briefing emails

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Use one account per person
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use automated means to access the Service without permission
- Share your account with others
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by Korture and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

You retain ownership of your personal data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your data as described in our Privacy Policy to provide and improve the Service.

6. AI Coaching Disclaimer

Important: The AI coaching feature provides general guidance based on your assessment data and established psychological frameworks. It is:

- NOT a substitute for professional mental health services
- NOT professional career counseling
- NOT medical or therapeutic advice
- For informational and educational purposes only

If you are experiencing mental health issues, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. In case of emergency, contact your local emergency services.

7. Payment Terms

Some features may require a paid subscription. For paid services:

- Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
- You authorize us to charge your payment method
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
- Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable law

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. You may request export of your data before termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
