Assessment Data: Your responses to the Interest Profiler and weekly check-ins. This includes work tasks, time allocations, and self-reported energy levels.

AI Coaching Conversations: Messages exchanged with your AI coach to provide personalized recommendations.

Usage Data: How you interact with the app (features used, time spent) to improve our service. We do not track your browsing outside our platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

- Calculate your Work Shape, Energy Reserve, and Team Climate scores
- Provide personalized AI coaching recommendations
- Send you daily briefings (if enabled)
- Improve our algorithms and user experience
- Communicate important service updates

We never: Sell your personal data. Share your individual results with employers. Use your data for advertising. Train AI models on your personal conversations without consent.
